6 pork chops or 6 pork steak
1 tablespoon butter
1 large green pepper , Chopped
1 large onion , Chopped
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic clove
1 can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon parsley or 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
salt & pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350 F degrees (180 C).
2.Melt butter in a large skillet, then brown the pork chops over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
3.Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
4.Add the chopped onions and green peppers to the same skillet and sauté until they’re softened.
5.Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
6.Add the tomato sauce, sugar, chicken broth, red wine vinegar, parsley or italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
7.Mix well and bring the mixture to a simmer.
8.Add the pork chops back to the skillet and cover them with the tomato sauce.
9.Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
