Ingredients

6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs , room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F. Coat 12 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
