Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sirloin, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, ketchup, tomato paste, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bitters, steak sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3.Add the eggs, carrot, celery, onion, rosemary, sage, thyme, basil, marjoram, and chives. Mix until well combined.
