1/2 cup olive oil , plus
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 medium onions , chopped
6 garlic cloves , minced

1 lb feta cheese , crumbled
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup plain dried breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons dried dill
8 large eggs , lightly beaten
8 ounces frozen phyllo pastry sheets , thawed and thinly sliced

Instructions
