Marshmallow Lamingtons are a classic dessert in Australia and New Zealand. Originating from Australia, this sweet treat consists of a cube of sponge cake coated in chocolate sauce and rolled in desiccated coconut. In this twist on the original recipe, marshmallows are added to make the dessert even more decadent. The soft, gooey texture of the marshmallows provides a delicious contrast to the crunch of the coconut and the richness of the chocolate.
