1 1/2 ounces cheddar cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Combine sugar, yeast, and 1/2 cup of warm water in a mixing bowl. Let it sit until the yeast is foamy for about 5 minutes.
2.Add flour, salt, and 1 cup of warm water to the bowl. Mix with hands until dough forms.
3.Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4.Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl, cover it with a dampened cloth, and let it sit for 2 hours.
5.While the dough proofing, make the topping by combining the onion, tomatoes, parsley, cilantro, paprika, cumin and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
6.Preheat the oven to 450°F. Roll the dough out onto a greased baking sheet and brush melted butter over it. Then add the topping, arugula, black olives, and cheese.
7.Bake pizza for approximately 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
