1.Ingredients:
2.400 g extra lean beef
3.1/2 cup red wine
4.1 1/2 cups onions
5.4 cups mushrooms
6.2 garlic cloves
7.400 g tinned whole canned tomatoes
8.150 g tomato paste
9.1 tablespoon oregano
10.1 tablespoon coriander seed
11.1 tablespoon cumin
12.1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
13.2 tablespoons soy sauce
14.Cooking Instructions:
15.In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
16.Add onions and cook until brown.
17.Add garlic, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, and beef and cook for 5 minutes, or until the beef is browned.
18.Add mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
