8 pork loin steaks
5 large garlic cloves , minced
10 sage leaves , finely chopped
2 sprigs rosemary , leaves picked and finely chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

salt & freshly ground black pepper , to taste ( use plenty though )
Pam cooking spray ( or other oil spray )
