Ingredients

1 lb plain yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil , plus more for brushing grill
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
5 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves

2 lbs boneless lamb or 2 lbs top round beef
1 red onion

Instructions

3.Pour the marinade over the meat and toss to coat.

7.Brush the grill with olive oil and grill the kebabs until lightly charred and cooked to desired doneness, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes for medium-rare.
