Ingredients

3/4 cup frozen orange juice or 3/4 cup grapefruit juice concentrate , thawed
1 -2 jalapeno pepper , seeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup water
3 lbs flank steaks
1/4 cup green onion , thinly sliced
2 tablespoons parsley , snipped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 dash salt
2 oranges , peeled , seeded and chopped
1 grapefruit , peeled , seeded and chopped
to taste jalapeno pepper ( optional )
1 grapefruit , sliced ( optional )
6 tortillas , warmed

Instructions

1.In a large resealable plastic bag, combine orange juice concentrate, jalapeno, black pepper, paprika and water.
2.Add flank steak, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 45 minutes up to 8 hours.
3.In a small glass dish, mix together green onion, parsley, lime juice, salt, oranges, grapefruit and remaining jalapeno pepper. Cover, and refrigerate.
4.Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil the grill grate.
5.Remove steak from marinade and discard remaining mixture. Place steak on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until desired degree of doneness is achieved.
6.Serve hot, topped with citrus salsa, along with the grapefruit slices and tortillas on the side.
