300 ml cream

2 teaspoons gelatin
1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

1.Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag until they turn into fine crumbs.
2.Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
3.Press the mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
4.In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
5.Add the egg yolks one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
6.In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
7.Whisk the cream until soft peaks form.

9.Add the gelatin to the hot water and stir until dissolved.
