Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

3.In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, garlic salt, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
