2 cups sour cream
8 ounces green chili peppers , seeded and chopped

1 cup crushed corn chips
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg , beaten

2 onions , sliced
1 garlic clove , crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tomatoes , chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
8 ounces monterey jack cheese , sliced

Instructions

1.In a large pot, add the rice to the boiling water and stir.

9.Cover once again and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
