Instructions

4.Use two forks to shred the beef into small pieces. Add the beef, green olives, sugar, and raisins to the pot. Stir to combine.
5.Reduce the heat to low and let the Ropa Vieja simmer for 45-60 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded together. Serve hot over white rice or with crusty bread.
