Instructions

1.Crush vanilla wafers and pretzels in a food processor.
2.In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, margarita mix, tequila, lime zest and food colouring, mixing well.
3.Add the wafer mixture and stir until well combined.
4.Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
5.Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
6.If desired, garnish the balls with additional lime zest or sugar.
7.Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
