Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4.Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, mixing until well combined.

6.Divide the dough in half. On a floured surface, shape each half into a 10-inch log.
7.Place the logs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
8.Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
9.Using a serrated knife, slice each log into 1/2-inch thick slices.
10.Place the slices cut-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn the slices over halfway through baking.
11.Transfer the biscotti to a wire rack and let cool completely before serving.
