1/2 cup water , divided
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 1/2 ounces ground beef
2 1/2 ounces ground pork
1/3 green onion , minced

Instructions

1.Cut the tofu into small cubes and place in a microwave-safe bowl.

3.In another small bowl, whisk together the remaining water and cornstarch until well combined.

5.Add the minced green onion to the beef and pork and stir to combine.
6.Add the miso tofu mixture to the beef and pork and stir to combine.
7.Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes or until thickened.
8.Add the cornstarch mixture and stir to combine.
9.Microwave on high for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
10.Serve hot with steamed rice.
