2 tablespoons butter , softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg , beaten
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
6 pecans , halved
1 cup heavy cream , whipped

Instructions
