Instructions

14.To make the gravy, remove the vegetables from the pan, place the pan over medium-high heat, and add 3 cups of chicken stock.
15.Whisk the flour, thyme, and bay leaf into the chicken stock and cook, stirring frequently, until the gravy thickens.
16.Strain the gravy to remove any lumps or bits of vegetables.
