Ingredients

2 slices bread
1 1/2 lbs beef or 1 1/2 lbs turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion ( optional )
2 garlic cloves , minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
14 manicotti , cooked and drained
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions
