Ingredients

3 mangoes ( or use drained tinned mangoes )
2 tablespoons orange juice
4 passion fruit
2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt or 2 cups fruit yogurt
1 tablespoon macadamia nuts , chopped
Mango and yogurt parfait is a refreshing and fun way to incorporate seasonal mangoes into your diet. Instructions

1.Peel and chop two mangoes.
2.Take 4 passion fruits, halve them, and scoop out the pulp into a mesh sieve set over a bowl. Using a spoon press the juice through the sieve. Discard the seeds.
3.Mix the chopped mango with orange juice and half of the passion fruit juice.
4.Layer the mango mixture and low-fat vanilla yogurt in a glass or cup as per your choice, drizzling the remaining passion fruit juice over the top.
5.Finely chop macadamia nuts and sprinkle over the parfait before serving.
