3 large mangoes , peeled , stoned and sliced
50 g pine nuts , toasted

Instructions

7.Take the skillet out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before flipping it onto a plate to serve.
8.Serve the mango tarte tatin with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
