2/3 cup water
1/3 cup green tea leaves , loose
1/2 cup sugar
3 mangoes , ripe
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1.In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
2.Add green tea leaves and let steep for 5 minutes.
3.Strain the tea leaves and stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.
4.Puree the flesh of the ripe mangoes with lemon juice until smooth in texture.
5.Combine the green tea mixture with the mango puree and stir together.
6.Pour the mixture into a container then cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before churning in an ice cream machine for 20 minutes until it reaches a smooth, frozen consistency.
