Mango bread, also known as Pan De Mango, is a sweet bread originating from the Philippines. Unlike traditional bread, this recipe incorporates fresh mangoes for a sweet, tropical twist. The chewy texture of the mango chunks contrasts nicely with the light, fluffy bread. The cinnamon and dried cherries add a depth of flavor that makes this bread a little more complex than other sweet bread recipes. This bread is a wonderful addition to any breakfast or brunch spread, but can also be enjoyed as an afternoon snack with a cup of tea or coffee on the side.

4.In a large bowl, beat together sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
