Instructions

4.In another bowl, beat the egg and vanilla extract. Add the reserved mango juice and mix well.

6.Fold in the mango and mixed fruit mixture.
7.Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tins and smooth out the top.
8.Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9.Let the cakes cool completely before slicing and serving.
