1/2 cup whole blanched almond
1 cup sugar
2 1/3 cups flour

1 cup lingonberries ( fresh or frozen ) or 1 cup raspberries ( fresh or frozen )
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup vanilla sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

7.In a separate pot, heat the lingonberries or raspberries until they break down into a sauce
8.Add the fresh orange juice to the sauce and stir until well combined.
9.In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
10.Spoon the berry sauce into each tartlet and pipe the whipped cream on top. Serve cold.
