Ingredients

540 ml chickpeas or 540 ml garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon lemon concentrate
1 teaspoon salt
4 garlic cloves ( or more )
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 cup tahini ( sesame paste . Ask your grocer , mine had 3 different companies of it and my store is not a specialty )

Instructions

1.Rinse the canned chickpeas or garbanzo beans and remove any loose skins.
2.In a food processor, add the chickpeas, olive oil, sesame oil, lemon concentrate, salt, garlic cloves, ground cumin, ground pepper, and tahini.
3.Blend the hummus until it has a smooth, creamy consistency, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
4.Serve in a bowl, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika and parsley leaves.
