Instructions

8.In a separate bowl mix half and half, milk, salt, and pepper. Add this mixture gradually to the saucepan while whisking continuously. Cook it until the mixture becomes thicker.
9.Pour the white sauce over the manicotti filled with beef and cheese. Place it in a preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
