3 oranges , zest of ( or limes )
1 teaspoon baking powder
approx . 200ml water
3/4 cup icing sugar
orange juice ( or lime juice )
1 teaspoon margarine ( or butter )
orange & lemon candy ( jelly slices )
silver dragees
Mama's Orange (Or Lime) & Coconut Cake is a traditional dessert that has been passed down through generations of families. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3.Beat in eggs one at a time.
4.Fold in flour, baking powder, and coconut.
5.Add zest and water to make a smooth batter.
6.Pour batter into a greased cake tin, and bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
7.To make the frosting, mix together icing sugar, orange juice, and margarine until smooth.
8.Once the cake has cooled, spread frosting over the top and decorate with orange and lemon candy slices and silver dragees.
