1 whole chicken , cut into pieces
6 cups water
1 medium onion , quartered
2 tablespoons ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
3 whole cardamom seeds
4 whole cloves
3 bay leaves
2 1/2 cups uncooked basmati rice , rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons ground allspice

1 large potato , sliced into rounds
1 large head cauliflower , separated into florets
2 medium tomatoes , diced

Instructions

4.In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the potato slices and cauliflower florets and sauté until golden brown. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
5.Arrange the chicken pieces over the cooked rice, then spoon the vegetable mixture over the chicken. Pour the remaining broth over everything and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
6.Serve hot and enjoy!
