6 large onions

1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red lentil , soaked
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
1 pinch coriander powder
1 pinch ground cumin
2 eggs
1 tablespoon gram flour
Onion Bajhee is a popular street food in Bangladesh, often enjoyed as a tea-time snack with friends and family. Instructions

1.Peel and slice the onions and potatoes thinly.
2.Mix together chili powder, turmeric, red lentil, salt, coriander powder, cumin, and chopped coriander.
3.Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the gram flour. Mix well.
4.Add the sliced onions and potatoes to the spice mix and mix well.
5.Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok.
6.Dip each onion-potato slice in the egg-gram flour mixture, then fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
7.Drain the bajhees on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
