1 tablespoon fish sauce ( such as nuoc nam or nam pla )
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons turmeric
3 lbs chicken wings
vegetable oil ( for grill )
lime wedge ( garnish )

Instructions

1.In a blender, add coconut milk, shallots, garlic, lemongrass, jalapenos, ginger, lime juice, tamarind juice, fish sauce, salt, and turmeric. Blend until pureed.
2.In a large bowl, add chicken wings and the blended mixture. Mix well to coat evenly.
3.Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush grill grates with vegetable oil.
