2 cups shredded coconut
5 whole cloves

1 2/3 cups coconut milk
7/8 cup water

Instructions

1.In a blender, combine the shallots, garlic, dried red chile peppers, ginger root, lemon grass, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and grated nutmeg. Blend until smooth to make the spice paste.
