Ingredients

2 racks pork baby back ribs ( about 5-6 lbs )
1 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup plum sauce
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup shaoxing wine or 1/3 cup dry sherry
1/3 cup honey
6 garlic cloves , minced
1/3 cup green onion , minced ( green and white parts )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F. Use a large mixing bowl to whisk hoisin sauce, plum sauce, light soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, shaoxing wine (or dry sherry), honey, garlic, and green onion.
2.Transfer the ribs within the sauce and toss them around until well coated.
3.Line the ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 1.5-2 hours. Baste the ribs with excess sauce every 15-20 minutes while baking.
4.Once cooked, let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
