Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a medium-sized skillet, sauté onion in olive oil until translucent.
3.In a food processor, combine onion, garbanzo beans, sour cream, garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, hot sauce, and 2 tablespoons of cornmeal until well mixed. If necessary, add more cornmeal to make the mixture firm.
