Ingredients

16 ounces tofu
1 graham cracker crust , vegan
1 package chocolate chips , vegan ( Look for semi-sweet , not milk chocolate , and double check ingredients . Some semi-sweet chops are veg )
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint strawberry , sliced
1 container strawberry glaze
Magic Pie is a delicious vegan version of the classic French Silk dessert. The smooth and creamy chocolate filling is made from melting vegan chocolate chips and blending them with silken tofu. The result is a luscious, mousse-like pie that's so irresistible, you'll hardly believe it's vegan. Instructions

1.Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2.Blend the tofu until it's completely smooth.
3.Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the tofu and blend together.
4.Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5.Top the pie with sliced strawberries and the strawberry glaze, and enjoy!
