1 lb medium shrimp

4 cups tomatoes , chopped
2 cups tomato juice
2 cups water
12 corn tortillas
1 lb monterey jack cheese , grated
1 lime , cut into wedges
1 -2 tablespoon canola oil or 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
