Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together the yeast, bread flour, cooked quinoa, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt.
2.Add in the chopped walnuts, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, whole eggs, and water.
3.Mix until well combined.
4.Pour the mixture into your ABM (Automatic Bread Maker) and select the dough setting.
5.After the ABM has kneaded and risen the dough, remove it and reshape it if needed.
6.Place the dough into a greased bread pan and allow it to rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes.
7.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the bread for 35-40 minutes.
