Ingredients

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats ( I used quick-cooking steel cut oats . )
1 tablespoon miso ( preferably organic )
2 tablespoons dried cutup wakame seaweed
1 umeboshi plum
1 tablespoon green onion , chopped
nori , seaweed for topping thinly cut ( optional )

Instructions

1.Rinse the wakame and chop it into small pieces.

4.Turn off the heat, add miso and stir well.
5.Place the umeboshi in a small bowl, add a tablespoon of warm water, and mash it until it becomes a paste.
6.Divide the oatmeal between two bowls, top with the umeboshi paste, chopped green onions, and nori.
7.Serve warm.
