Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs beef ( coarse ground , stew meat , steak , pretty much anything )
1 small onion , finely chopped
1 package cream cheese
16 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper , etc
1 bag egg noodles

Instructions
