100 g split Urad Dal , with skin ( Maa )
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt
8 green onions , chopped
5 green chilies , chopped
2 tablespoons coriander , chopped
1 tablespoon cumin
3 tablespoons oil
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions
