Ingredients

3/4 lb garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons salt

Instructions

1.Peel and wash the garlic in cold water, then pat dry it.

3.Add the garlic to the mixture and mix it well to coat the garlic.
4.Cover the container and let it marinate in the fridge for at least a day before serving.
