Instructions

9.Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, tucking in the ends as you go.
10.Repeat the process with the remaining filling and wrappers.
11.Fry the lumpia in the preheated oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally.
12.Remove the lumpia from the oil with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
