4 medium onions , diced
4 stalks celery , diced
1 1/2 cups distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup pickling spice , wrapped in cheesecloth

Instructions

1.In a large pot, combine the chopped tomatoes, peaches, apples, onions, and celery.
2.Add the vinegar, salt and pickling spice wrapped in cheesecloth and stir well.
3.Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 2 hours, or until the chutney has thickened and most of the liquid has evaporated.
4.Remove the cheesecloth with the pickling spice and discard.
5.Transfer the chutney to sterilized jars and let cool completely before serving or storing in the refrigerator.
