taro root , leaves ( LOTS , usually the inside leaves are preferred )

Instructions

1.Extract coconut milk from the coconuts and set aside.
2.Cut the taro leaves and clean them properly. Peel and cut the onion, then set aside.
3.Heat the oven to 180°C.
4.Spread out large taro leaves in a baking dish. Sprinkle salt over the leaves.
5.Add the onion and coconut milk to the dish.
6.Lay another layer of taro leaves over the onion. Sprinkle salt over the leaves.
7.Add the remaining coconut milk over the leaves.
8.Cover the dish with a foil paper.
9.Bake for two to three hours.
