2 2/3 cups water
1 1/3 cups brown rice , uncooked
1 lb ground turkey breakfast sausage
1 jar picante sauce
1 container fat free sour cream
8 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.In a large pot, bring 2 2/3 cups of water to a boil.
