Ingredients

500 g ground beef

1 medium onion , diced
1 garlic clove
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 large carrot
2 teaspoons wheat bran ( optional )
2 -3 tablespoons tomato puree or 2 -3 tablespoons tomato paste
dried basil
dried oregano
500 ml hot water
red wine ( to taste )

Instructions
