1 cup evaporated skim milk
3/4 cup fat free egg substitute or 3 beaten eggs
6 corn tortillas , torn into 2 inch pieces
2 cans chopped mild green chilies
1/2 cup mild chunky salsa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
fat free sour cream or light sour cream

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F/ 190°C.
2.In a bowl, mix the egg substitute, evaporated milk, salt, chopped chilies, cilantro, and salsa.
3.Pour half the mixture into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish and layer half the tortillas on top.
4.Sprinkle half of the cheese on top, repeat the layers.
5.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
6.Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
