Ingredients

15 -20 sponge cake fingers ( Broken up )
6 ounces jelly , Flavour ( optional )
6 ounces custard ( Ready Made Low Fat )
1 -2 mango
3 -4 kiwi fruits
20 strawberries ( Canned and add 3/4 of the juice )
1 pomegranate
1 passion fruit
1 -2 orange section
This low-calorie fruit trifle is a perfect dessert recipe for summer. Instructions

1.Take a large glass dish and layer the sponge fingers at the bottom.
2.Cut up the kiwi and mango into small pieces and scatter over the sponge fingers.
3.Then pour over the jelly, making sure it covers the fruit.
4.Pour over the custard mixture evenly making sure it goes into all the corners.
5.Next, add the strawberries and their juice on top.
6.Halve the pomegranate and gently tap the back of it to release the seeds over the trifle.
7.Then cut open the passionfruit and use a teaspoon to scrape out the center and drizzle over the trifle.
8.Finish off by decorating the top with orange segments before serving.
