2 cups coriander leaves , chopped
1 cup grams flour
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 pinch hing
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl add 2 cups chopped coriander leaves, 1 cup gram flour, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and pinch of hing.
2.Mix all the ingredients and add 1/2 cup water.
3.Mix well and make a dough.
4.Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into round patties.
5.Place the patties on a greased steamer plate and steam them for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
6.Once they are steamed, let them cool down for a while.
7.Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry them till they turn golden brown.
8.Serve hot with green chutney.
